- Photo contest’s participants are invited to create fashionable, creative, and modern images that reflect the ethnic and cultural influence on contemporary style and fashion. The national traditions and multicultural elements should inspire contest entry.
- Contest entries should be original and unique and comply with the competition’s theme. Participants can use various elements of national traditions and culture such as traditional designs, textiles, jewelry, accessories, flowers, etc.
- Participants' task: to create an image that reflects the cultural diversity of the world, using elements of national traditions and culture.
- A review can be done by one participant or a team.
- Participants must submit two photographs - a close-up and the final image as a whole. The purpose of the photo is to convey the authenticity of an image.
- Technical requirements:
- Color correction and retouching are allowed.
- Photographs must be vertical.
- Resolution: 1920x1080, 300dpi.
- Compiling.
- Compositing.
- Duplicating parts and copying elements from the other photographs
- Overall image.
- Composition.
- Relevance to the theme.
- Visual creativity.
- Craftsmanship.

Jury
The jury of the International Hairdressing Championship Finland is appointed by the Hius- ja Kauneudenhoitajien Maailmanjärjestö Finland Association.
All members of the jury are esteemed professional stylists and also nominees of International championships.
As well as honored artists and internationally recognized masters
During judging, the jury must be able to see the complete hairstyle, general impression of the work, color and cut. The judging is held in an open voting mode.
The final decision of the jury is not subject to appeal.
